Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately do not accept returns.

Exchanges (In-Stock Items)

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need a different size or prefer another style, we offer exchanges for other available items on our website under the following conditions:

• The exchange must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original tags still attached.

Exchanges (Preorder Items)

Because preordered items are specially purchased and shipped from the UK explicitly for you, they are strictly non-exchangeable.

Preorder Deposits

All preorders require a 50% deposit to confirm the order. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
